"LM50-L" (Latinos Mayores de 50 anos de edad) refers to Latinos over age 50. Though, "LM50-L" is an Hispanic Forum,
all seniors regardless of religious, ethnic, or racial background are welcome to join.
The Internet/WWW, provides an exciting new high-tech frontier for
seniors in Texas, and the Intermountain Southwest Regions to communicate with
each other regarding important and relevant soclo-economic,, medical, retirement, and educational related issues.
It is our contention that when communities are networked, their
social, educational and economic power will in turn increase
exponentially. Hence, it is through the Internet/WWW,
that "LM50-L" will seek to accomplish this goal in
Texas and the Intermountain (Urban) Southwest.
